Instead of displaying your images alongside hundreds of other Brands on Press Loft, the Branded Press Office allows you to have a personalised hub you can share with journalists to showcase your product range. Linking to this from your website or press releases will really maximise your press coverage.
The Branded Press Office will allow journalists visiting your site to directly access your high res images, quickly and easily. The downloads you get will be automatically saved on your Press Loft download report, so it’s easy for you to keep track of your coverage.
If you are active on social media, you can link directly to them from your Branded Press Office, so journalists can follow your brand!

How do I create my Branded Press Office?
Creating a Branded Press Office is quick and easy. Go to your Press Loft account, and click on the Branded Press Office tab, and start tuning your page.
You can then see a preview of your branded press office. Click any of the editable areas to make changes, or use the menu to adjust colours and fonts.
When you are happy with your page, you can start linking to your Branded Press Office from your website, your press releases or email signature to make it accessible to journalists!
Can I create my own website URL?
Yes! Our Branded Press Office allows you to choose your own URL. We recommend you to use your company’s name, which will be followed by .pressloft.com. See the examples below.
Can I customize my Branded Press Office?
Yes! Press Loft provides several methods for customising your Branded Press Office. After you’ve selected your colour scheme, you can select 3 top images and a further ‘Featured Image’ you would like to show off to your contacts. It’s a good idea to regularly update these images, and you can add additional text to these which could even be used as an opportunity to create a trend to inspire journalists.
