Introducing: AI Image Upscaling
By now you should know how important high-quality imagery is for your PR, just in case you missed the memo here’s a quick refresher: Your images are seen an extension of your brand identity, so it’s important to invest in crisp, high-resolution product photos that will both catch the journalist’s eye and make a statement if they make it to print. Previously, any low-res imagery that was added to the platform wasn’t usable (more specifically, our system would block these images from going live). But we understand that not every brand has the time or budget to source high-res alternative shots at short notice
This is where the AI-upscaling tool comes in! “AI-upscaling” is the process of using artificial intelligence to increase the resolution of an image. We wanted offer AI-upscaling so any low-res images you upload can now meet our image requirements and be shared with our journalist network whenever you’re in a pinch.
Quick disclaimer: we still recommend that you should upload your own original high-res images (if you have them) as these will be the best overall quality. However, this tool will allow you to dramatically improve the quality of your lower-res imagery so that it is suitable for any potential features our media members are working on
Our new and improved press release editor
We’ve made some major adjustments to our press release editor – first and foremost being the new look! While weaving in our updated branding colour palette and a new sleek layout, we wanted to make sure it remained super user-friendly and easy to navigate, whether you’re a PR professional or a small brand just getting started!
